I wish more support companies used this program.Have used many, many different Project Management Software, and this so far has been the best! OrangeScrum works so well, I almost never see the ticket dashboard. Now that is perfect!
I like that orangescrum has a lot of customization and has good manageability. Our instance is installed on a dedicated sever on our environment which gives us a lot of control over access.
